Alexandra brings over 15 years of global R&D leadership in crop protection, with experience spanning conventional chemistry and biological solutions across insecticides, fungicides, and plant growth regulators. Her expertise covers the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and technical development through regulatory submission and commercialization.

At ADAMA, Alexandra led the technical team that advanced Gilboa™, a proprietary fungicide, from discovery through its first regulatory submission. At GreenLight Biosciences, she has led the development of Erysichrona, an RNAi-based fungicide, advancing the program through the company’s biological product pipeline.

Alexandra holds a PhD in Agro-Ecology from the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission and an MAS in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zurich. She helps clients translate promising crop protection technologies into practical development and commercialization plans, including product development strategy, technical and regulatory readiness, EU regulatory pathways, and go-to-market planning. Her combination of hands-on R&D leadership and European regulatory experience is particularly valuable for companies developing novel biological and crop protection products for the European market.
